35%- Payment History- This is based on wether you have good payment history or negative payment history.
30%- Outstanding Debt- It is very important that your debt to high credit limit does not exceed 80% which can be detrimental to your score. Realistically, you should keep all percentages below 30% on all accounts.
15%- Credit History- The longer your history of credit, the better score you will have.
10%- Inquiries -Too many people checking your credit in too short of time can impact a score very negatively, especially if you have bad credit to begin with.
10%- Credit Types- A mix of 3-5 credit cards, auto loan, mortgage, personal loan and student loans is best.
